A framework for
the next Arts District

Reframe 670 Mesquit.
Realize The Possibilities.

670 Mesquit reframes an aged cold storage facility as the foundation for a vibrant, growing neighborhood. Transforming a warehouse into innovative and inclusive spaces for the local community to work, live, play, learn, and gather, the project presents a bold new framework for economic generation and community connection in the Arts District.

This transformative project evolves a disconnected industrial zone into a place for residents, community members, and visitors to celebrate the neighborhood’s creativity, originality, and potential. Flexible and diverse indoor and outdoor spaces open new ways to experience the unique atmosphere of the Arts District in all its forms.

Reimagine The Past. Build The Future.

Connecting Projects

670 Mesquit brings together the Arts District, Boyle Heights, the LA River, and DTLA like never before. With public walkable corridors between the 6th and 7th Street bridges and open connection to the new 6th Street PARC, 670 Mesquit joins the district to the city in a whole new way. Welcome to the new hub for a walkable downtown, adjacent to the new proposed Arts District Metro Station and featuring 2,000+ parking spaces.

Architecture is the art and science of making sure that our cities and buildings fit with the way we want to live our lives.
